It’s fitting that one of the greatest storytellers in American History had this to say about whiskey many years ago.
And as an author who wrote about life on the Mississippi River we have to believe that Mr. Twain was writing these words specifically about American’s only native spirit, Bourbon, a spirit that he surely enjoyed as it passed down that mighty river regularly heading for New Orleans and the rest of the world.
Bourbon is all about two things: (1) the people (those who make it and those who drink it), and (2) good stories. There is nothing better than sitting around with friends, both old and new, sharing a delicious glass of Bourbon and telling great stories.

They also taste and review the new James B. Beam Distilling Co. Jim Beam Black 7-Year, the Nelson's Green Brier Distillery Nelson Bros. Calvados Cask Finished Bourbon, and the Filibuster Distillery Single Estate Single Barrel Bourbon.
