We're taking over a decade of experience hosting bourbon nights and bringing you the first ever BIG Bourbon Night! Just like always, we're inviting all of our friends, bringing out the good bottles, and doing the night up right...but this time we're making it BIG.
Come and enjoy an evening filled with delicious bourbon, good company, and live entertainment. This in-person event will take place on Friday, November 10, 2023 at The Heartwood in Lexington, KY. Whether you're a whiskey connoisseur or just looking for a fun night out, this event is perfect for you. Savor the uniqueness of each sip as you mingle with Chad, Sara, and fellow bourbon enthusiasts!
While this event is whiskey-centric at heart, it also aims to bring the community together while raising money for the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots. A silent auction for charity will be available for bidding throughout the evening. Your attendance will make a difference and contribute to the betterment of our community.
Throughout the evening, enjoy delicious food by Darae and Friends catering, live entertainment, an outdoor whisk(e)y and cigar lounge, and more. So mark your calendars, gather your friends, and get ready for a night filled with bourbon!

FAQ
Tickets: General Admission tickets include full access to our hosted Bourbon Bar, catered food, entertainment, the outdoor cigar lounge, and entertainment from 6:00PM until 10:00PM. Tickets are limited to 125 attendees.
VIP tickets include 1 hour of early access to the event featuring premium pours, 5:00PM until 10:00PM. Feel free to purchase tickets for yourself and any guests you'd like to bring. VIP tickets are limited to 25 attendees.

Once you purchase a ticket, we will add your name and number of tickets purchased to our list. We will check you in according to our list when you arrive at the event. Please keep your receipt on file for proof of purchase, but no need to present paper receipts or tickets at the event.
Hotels/Location: The Heartwood is located 5 minutes from downtown Lexington and 4 minutes from the Distillery District. There are plenty of hotels and AirBnBs to choose from nearby!
Parking/Transportation: The Heartwood has a small lot where you can park if you like, but any cars left overnight must be moved by 10:00AM Saturday morning or risk being towed. Due to the nature of this event, we highly recommend making use of a taxi or ride share service to get to and from the event.
Silent Auction: If you have items that you wish to donate to the silent auction, please contact us at itsbourbonnight@gmail.com. We're currently working on the details for which charity we'll be partnering with!
Dress code: This event is casual/business casual. We want you to be yourself and be comfortable! That being said, we will have a photographer on site for most of the event, so wear something you don't mind being photographed in.
Bourbon Bar: We are supplying the bottles for the Bourbon Bar from our collection. If there's a bottle you would like to add to the Bourbon Bar in true "bottle share" fashion, please email us at itsbourbonnight@gmail.com.
